On the occasion of Earth Day held last Friday April 22, Apple has made available to its users or anyone who may find it interesting, a collection of 12 wallpapers on nature themes. In this way, they want to celebrate Earth Day by showing that they are a company very committed to environmental issues.

Apple has called this campaign "Lessons from Earth Day" directed mainly to students and pupils of educational centers and in this way teach various environmental issues that surround conservation, ecosystems and ecology in general.

Like many other microsites within the Apple website, these pages are full of highly aesthetic images in high resolution, this time with themes about the Earth, where we will see zebras, coasts, kelp forests or even plantations of trees and otters .

Anyway apart from the topics already known about the Universe which occupied the default wallpaper until the OS X version 10.10 El Capitan, one of Apple's favorite themes has always been nature, where it has already given us beautiful wallpapers of Yosemite park, or the most classic ones from images of Africa.

On the other hand, it should be noted that these specific wallpapers are in high resolution, although some do not respect the aspect: ratio of some screens, yet the sharpness and image quality must be sufficient on any computer, even on Retina models. Then I leave you the direct link which contains a .zip file from where you can download them all and check it out for yourselves.
