30 minutes of training unlocks the next Activity challenge for the Apple Watch

On Earth Day, it already has a new Activity challenge for Apple Watch users, in this case perform a 30 minute training session. At this same time Apple already had some of its stores decorated with the color green to celebrate this planet day.

In this sense, we must highlight Apple's interest in promoting all kinds of ecological actions and a few days ago we saw how it was announced that 100% of its company operations are carried out with renewable energy and this is being continued at all new construction facilities. Now to celebrate Earth Day, the company will launch a new challenge for the Apple Watch, similar to the one we saw last year.

With half an hour of exercise we will be able to unlock an achievement in the Activity app and some stickers similar to those offered last year (lower image). In this case, the sitckers can be sent in the Messages application and more than the achievement for Apple, it is an achievement for the user, who will perform physical activity for half an hour. These types of "challenges" serve as motivation for those who do not exercise too much and are undoubtedly a very good way to get hooked on doing sports.

If you have an Apple Watch, stay tuned next Sunday, April 22, since that is when we will have to perform the challenge of: spend more than 30 minutes exercising outdoors. If we finish it, Apple will give us the achievement and various exclusive stickers.
