Since Apple officially introduced the first generation Apple Watch in October 2014, hitting the market in March 2015, Tim Cook's company has always focused much of its efforts on orienting the Apple Watch to sports activity, and puts at our disposal a large number of options to quantify it.

With each new version, the number of exercises that allows us to quantify the Apple Watch increases. Nevertheless, not all are found that should be available, although in time they will come. The Apple Watch has also become a perfect tool for many sports teams when it comes to quantifying the physical exercise of each of their players.

Apple has published an article in which it shows us how Australian Women's Cricket team players use Apple Watch with an own application and that is not available in the Apple application store.

This app takes care of keep track of equipment, but also does it individually, including statistics such as mood, sleep, heart rate, training load ...

Team coaches receive and manage all this information in another specific application for the iPad, so that they can adjust the training of both the team and each of the players.

This application has been developed by el Australian Institute of Sport and is intended for any type of team sport, although initially the Australian women's cricket team was the first to test it.

It is very likely that this application never be available on the App Store, and if it ever does, it will be geographically limited to Australia, a shame since for many small teams, and not so small, an application of this type would be very useful.
