The afternoon of this Wednesday, January 3, 2018 is the one chosen by Apple to put on the table the first beta version of the year of macOS High Sierra 10.13.3, iOS 11.2.5, watchOS 4.2.2 and tvOS 11.2.5 for developers. In this case we have to say that the improvements implemented are focused on the correction of errors and the typical improvements in the stability of the system.
Apple is not complicated at the moment and is releasing versions with minor corrections for developers to continue testing. We are not sure if there are outstanding news in the system interface or some new feature, but in the time they have been released, no developer speaks of notable changes in these versions of watchOS and tvOS.
The Apple Watch and the Apple TV are two of the products that have benefited the most from these holidays in terms of sales, especially the Apple Watch and this makes the effort of the engineers in the operating system to be greater so as not to fail or detect problems. The guys from Cupertino continue with the improvements in the different OS available: tvOS, watchOS are no exception and they are also in the hands of the developers to debug the system. The public versions of these will be released in the next few hours, so those who want to install them and do not have an official developer account it won't take too long to do it.
Remember that in the case of watchOS we do not have public beta but in macOS, iOS and tvOS we do have the option to install these public betas as long as we are registered in the developer program. Despite this, our recommendation on these beta versions is to stay out of the beta versions in case they add any failure or incompatibility with our tools or applications.
