A young man is able to run part of OS X on an Apple Watch

OSX-on-Apple-Watch

That the little one of the company with the bitten apple has power is no one's secret and since its launch we saw how with the same hardware Apple made your Apple Watch much faster and perform many more actions.

Now, after almost a year with us, a young application developer for the Apple Watch has managed to run a small version of OS X on it, being able to have a reduced version of the Mac system dock on the clock.

An intrepid app developer for the Apple Watch has managed to simulate the OS X Yosemite running on his MacBook. This developer is 15 years old and his name is Billy Ellis. He himself has posted on his YouTube channel a sample of what it has been able to do with the Apple Watch.

The program starts from the main screen of the Apple Watch and includes the icons of the Finder, Launchpad, Settings, App Store and Trash.

I have not had the time to make everything fully functional at the moment but I hope to add it later this week.

It is clear that what we have seen is simply a simulation of the OS X system on the Apple Watch, but seeing these possibilities they can get other developers to come up with ideas that haven't been implemented so far.

To tell you a little more about the life of Billy Ellis we can show you that his first programming project for the Apple Watch was running iOS 4.2.1 system for which we show you the following video:
