Earth Day Challenge and International Dance Day Challenge

Apple Watch Challenge

Apple will launch two new challenges this April for Apple Watch users who want to complete them. These challenges that are independent of the monthly challenges that are launched allow get exclusive medals, stickers to send in messages and of course a good dose of health.

In this case, the Cupertino company will launch two new challenges for Apple Watch users, one that we have every year and that is directly related to Earth Day and a new one that arrives for the first time and is directly related to International Dance Day.

Both challenges will be available soon (they do not appear right now) for this month of April but with different dates and objectives. In the case of the Earth Day challenge, Apple has been repeating it year after year for a few years and they will launch it on April 22. This challenge consists of perform any type of training with any application that is compatible with the watch for 30 minutes or more.

For the other challenge available, it will be necessary to dance a little and this It will take place on April 29. In this new challenge related to International Dance Day, users will have to dance for 20 minutes or more by recording the training from the watch app. In this case we do have to activate this training from the watch itself and… Let's dance!

The best thing about these challenges is that users are motivated to move and it is undoubtedly the key to them. It's not about winning medals for the watch (that too) it is about winning in our health.
