The Apple Watch became much more than a simple smart watch that offers us notifications from WhatsApp, calls, messages and more. Apple's smartwatch is really focused on health of people and with the Activity applications they want us all to activate even in summer, which is why they influence us to close them.
So much so that the company even has a web section in which they show us videos to motivate us to close the Activity rings on a daily basis. In this case they add three new videos that they are not available on Youtube. Watching these videos is good but the best thing is to get down to work and get active with exercise for the good of our health.
