Exercise challenge confirmed for February 8

Apple Watch February Challenge

Apple released a few hours ago the confirmation of the challenge that we already discussed would be available some days ago. In this case, it is an exercise challenge in which we will have to complete the exercise ring for a whole week and this will begin on February 8 for all users.

It is about carrying out a physical activity for half an hour during each of the days of the week, completing the seven days we get the trophy that in this case is similar to last year in the challenge of Heart Month. We will also have the corresponding stickers to share from the messages app.

Challenge February 2019

This year some stores also have a Today at Apple event

We can say that in addition to the challenge, all users in the world who have an Apple Watch will be able to perform, the company makes available to users in San Francisco, Chicago and New York, a series of specific sessions in which they will share experiences with doctors, some athletes and Apple health managers among other personalities from the world of sports. These sessions are restricted in these cities and obviously they will be free for all attendees.

This is just one more reason to exercise, it is actually a good thing for us and we have to be aware of it. Completing rings or putting on these types of goals motivate us to move more and without a doubt they are a good incentive for those who do not do sports regularlyAnyway, it is something that benefits our health, so let's move!
