Forced to restore Apple Watch Series 3 to install watchOS

Series 3

The Series 3 LTE flew out of the nest, away from the iPhone.

Some users are complaining that their Apple Watch Series 3 is asking them to restore in order to install the update. It seems that this problem is not new and the users of the old models of the Apple Watch would be suffering problems when installing iOS 14.6.

It seems that This new version of the iPhone operating system directly affects the Apple Watch Series 3. Every time a user tries to update an Apple Watch Series 3 model, they receive an error message stating that there is not enough space available to install the update and prompts them to restore.

We do not know if this problem is worldwide but if it seems that there are several affected users, on the website of 9To5Mac show some example published on the social network Twitter. In this sense, Apple would have to take action on the matter. An affected user explained on the popular website:

I constantly hear from friends who own an Apple Watch Series 3 that they always get the same error when they try to install system updates. watchOS tells them that there is not enough storage space, even when they don't have any third-party apps installed or stored music. According to Apple, the solution is to completely restore all data and settings on Apple Watch to install the latest version of watchOS.

The truth is that this solution does not seem the best although it does work ... We have to bear in mind that although the data is not lost, it is a more tedious process than updating simply by pressing the clock and that's it. Hopefully Apple will find a solution as soon as possible by bug that seems recurring in some versions from watchOS.
