GPS technology coming to Apple Watch 2

Many indications suggest that it will be in September when Apple unveils the second version of its watch, the Apple Watch 2. In the last Keynote we saw how the new system that will arrive in the fall for the Apple Watch, the watchOS 3, comes from the hand with many new features that will make the Apple watch become more present in everyday life by improving its functions and operating speed.

In the same Keynote we saw how those from Cupertino had added to the new watchOS 3 the possibility that the watch could monitor the movement of a person in a wheelchair, including taking into account the way they push to the wheels.

Now more data has been known that ensures that the Apple Watch second generation will have a better behavior in the water so that It can be used in swimming pools and thus monitor the exercise of those who swim with the position.

To this day we all know that the Apple Watch is water resistant and that is that Apple itself indicates on its support page that if the rotating crown hardens, we can put the watch under water and move it until its movement becomes more fluid. . On Apple Watch 2 water resistance will be improved and perhaps those of Cupertino indicate then that it really can be used underwater.

Another novelty that the second version of the Apple Watch will include is the inclusion of the GPS chip that would allow it to record the coordinates and distances traveled without having to carry the iPhone with you.
