iMovie is updated to version 10.1.2 with several new features

iMovie on Mac

From time to time the version of iMovie is updated with some interesting improvements in terms of how the video editing app works. The truth is that this app usually receives improvements from time to time despite being an official Apple app.

This is the list of news that we can see in the description of the app itself in the Mac App Store:

  • Sharing with iMovie Theater is no longer possible; save your movies and trailers to photos in iCloud to watch them on other devices, even Apple TV
  • For users who have videos in iMovie Theater, the Cinema window can now be accessed by selecting Window> Go to Cinema
  • Improves the conversion quality of incompatible content files with very low resolution
  • Improves compatibility when importing projects from iMovie for iOS
  • Improves overall stability

In addition, Apple also updated the app for iOS devices, so it is a general update in which, as we can see, iMovie Theater is the main protagonist in both versions. Obviously the improvements in security and stability are also present in this new version.
