Depending on the use we make of our agenda, it is more than likely that this be our main source of information to organize our day to day. If we spend many hours in front of our team, it is also likely that all the information that our calendar contains is always as accessible as possible.
Although it is true that through the notifications of the agenda, we can know at all times what is the next task or appointment on our calendar, in the Mac App Store we can find other applications that allow us know that information before the event is reported. I'm talking about the Next Meeting application, a simple application that shows the next appointment on the calendar in the menu bar.
Thus, just by looking at the menu bar, we can know what will be the next appointment on our calendar. In addition, we can also know the time remaining for the appointment to be notified. As if that were not enough, it also shows us the time remaining once the event or appointment on our calendar has started.
If we click on the application icon, the following calendar events will be displayed, which allows us to quickly know the next appointments or event without having to open our favorite calendar application at any time.
Within the configuration options, it allows us to establish what type of information we want to be displayed in the upper menu bar. It also allows us to establish that calendars we want the information to be displayed (iCloud, Google, Exchange, Facebook, Yahoo, CalDAV...).
If the appointments in our agenda have extra information that we want to access, we can record a keyboard shortcut for that information to be displayed without having to access the application with which we manage our calendar.
