This morning we are seeing various news about the Apple Watch. A while ago we read some new reports that say that the second version of Apple's smart watch will not arrive next March as the rumors said at first, but all this remains a mystery and we cannot confirm much more. What can be fully confirmed is that soon we will have the next version for the watch, in this case the watchOS 2.2 version and in it we will find some featured enhancements to the Maps app.

This is known after the beta version is already in the hands of the developers and it is sure that they will end up reaching the clock. There are several interesting improvements in terms of the functionality of the application, so let's go with them.

The first and most prominent is perhaps that of the shortcuts to guide us to our home or work in a faster way, that is, in this new version we will be able to store addresses and with a single touch the clock will begin to guide us. Therefore it will no longer be necessary to write the full address. Another interesting improvement is that we will be able to have active the "Wax of me" that was introduced for iOS 9. With this option we will see the places of interest on our wrist.

In addition to these improvements, the button to find a place or address will be more accessible and you will not need the use of Force Touch to use it. CarPlay compatibility improves and with the use of «Near me» we will be able to search in a simpler and more efficient way for restaurants, transport, places and others.

Ultimately a good "wiggle" to the Maps app for the Apple Watch which we hope works as well as it looks. Now it's time to be patient and wait for this new version to reach our devices.
