New challenge to celebrate Yoga Day

Apple Watch Series 4

Surely more than one of you is struck by the fact that there is practically a day for everything, some of them quite curious such as the day of the cookie, the peculiar people, the ninja ... Next June 21 the Day of the Yoga and to celebrate it, Apple invites us to get a new badge through a challenge.

As we can read on 9to5Mac, the next Apple Activity Challenge for the Apple Watch will begin on June 21 in honor of International Yoga Day. This new challenge has no mystery and to achieve it we have to complete a yoga exercise.

Yoga Day - Apple Watch

The duration of the Yoga exercise should be 15 minutes or more and this must be registered through any application that tracks exercises of this type and that are compatible with the Health application. There is no need to look for an application of this type, unless you already use one, since the Apple Watch itself makes it available to us.

In addition to the badge that we will get for doing this exercise throughout June 21, Apple will reward us with three animated stickers, stickers related to Yoga and that we will be able to share through the Messages application and FaceTime.

The previous challenge that Apple made available to the Apple Watch was activated in the Earth day, a much easier challenge to achieve since we only had to be forced to walk for at least 30 minutes. In the case of Yoga, unless we want to enter that world, it is unlikely that it will have the same acceptance as the rest of the challenges.

Many are the users of an Apple Watch, which find the motivation to move just to be able to complete the different rings that Apple offers us every day. If to that we add that from time to time it offers us specific badges, all the better.
