Round Apple Watch Concept with Touch ID

Concepts is something inherent to technology, at least in everything related to AppleSince there are few designers who bother to design as they would like the next models of other companies like Samsung to be without going any further. Currently and when there are still many months left for the presentation of the new iPhone 7, there are already many concepts that have appeared related to this device, some of them with a lot of imagination. A few days ago, we also published the first concept of how Apple's virtual reality glasses would be, glasses that by the way are not innovative when they are supposed to hit the market in two years.

But today we are going to talk about a new concept for Apple Watch, which unlike the current model is completely round. Personally, a Pebble, a Moto 360 and currently the Apple Watch have passed through my hands. Although the Moto 360 is a good device, with its limitations being connected to an iOS device, the problem that the round screen offers us is that the notifications are not shown complete since the rounded edges are not easy to read, so I highly doubt that Apple had in mind to make a round device.

This new concept, designed by Adrian Berr, offers us a device only 5 mm thick, with an approximate size of a half dollar coin, which would integrate a 2 megapixel camera, Touch ID fingerprint sensor, retina display and an A7 processor inside. This new concept would be charged through a Magsafe connection and would be compatible with Nest thermostats and Philips Hue bulbs that with a simple touch on the screen would activate.
