Many are the tests that are being carried out on the new watch of the Cupertino guys and some of them are related to the brightness and the vision of the screens of the small watches of the company. The DisplayMate medium shows us a comparison made in the watches that never ceases to amaze us, although personally and seeing an Apple Watch with Sapphire crystal and my Watch Sport side by side I do not notice a difference, these They point out that the Sport version looks better thanks to its Ion-X.

Let's go in parts, the screens of all Apple Watch are exactly the same in each and every one of the models, they are OLED, so the study focuses on the type of glass and the reflections that it projects both indoors and outdoors. While indoors there does not seem to be a difference between the two models, outdoors it does seem that the model with sapphire crystal reflects a 74% more than the Ion-X crystal.

I already said at the beginning that the same day of the launch in Spain I was able to compare both models with a colleague and I did not seem to see any difference between the two when we went out, that if, I did not look directly at the difference in reflections and shine, worse I promise to do it next time I get a chance. In my case I can say that the Apple Watch Sport looks great outdoors in direct sunlight even without the brightness set to maximum, and There also don't seem to be many complaints about it for the sapphire model.
