The guys from Cupertino, being the traditional weekly to which we are accustomed, have just launched the corresponding public beta for both macOS for iOS and tvOS. On this occasion, and as is usual as it is not part of the public beta program, watchOS is not available.
We are talking about macOS versions 10.14.5 and tvOS 12.3. Any user who is part of the public beta program for both macOS and tvOS, can now download the update through the Software Updates section of both operating systems.
Regarding the news that we see in tvOS 12.3, as in iOS 12.3, we find the TV application, an application that has been completely remodeled to accommodate all the news that is yet to come from the streaming video service of Manzana, dubbed very unoriginally Apple TV +.
In addition, this new beta also offers us support for Channels, the on-demand television that Apple will offer us, from autumn almost in all probability, and that will allow us to pay individually for the channels or services that we want to see, without having to use cable or subscription services.
Regarding macOS 10.14.5, the Cupertino-based company has focused on improving both the performance and the stability of the operating system that manages Macs. In terms of applications or functions, we did not find any novelty to highlight, something logical considering that the date of WWDC 2019 is getting closer and closer.
During the WWDC 2019 celebration, Apple will officially present most of the functions that will come from the hand of operating systems that manage all the devices that are currently available to the general public, an event that we will closely follow as every year to inform you of all the news.
