With the new operating system, new functions are added, especially being able to unlock the iPhone through Face ID when using a mask. But the electrocardiogram function is also added in the regions of Australia and Vietnam.

Little by little the functions of the Apple Watch they are spreading to all regions of the world. Especially the functions that have to do with the health of the user. One of those functions, the Electro Cardiogram, has already been shown to be essential for many people. People who have saved your life thanks to the fact that certain problems have been detected in time. That is why it is always appreciated that these functionalities are spread throughout the globe.

With watchOS 7.4 the electrocardiogram function and therefore the prevention of heart problems has reached the countries of Australia and Vietnam. This comes more than a month after the Australian government's Therapeutic Products Administration approved the feature. We already know that the ECG application must be approved by local governments, as it is a medical function, unlike the oxygen measurement of the Apple Watch series 6 which is an indicator but is not considered as the ECG.
