As we have seen in the presentation, the most interesting thing in a generic way is that they have decided allow users to choose dark mode settings if they wish, thanks to which you can enjoy a much better experience at night, and thanks to which, in the case that for example you have one of the latest iPhone you will also save a lot of battery.
On the other hand, at the time of writing they have also made some changes, and it is that now iOS also natively incorporates a swipe-type keyboard, with which you will have the possibility to type by sliding across the keyboard in a faster way, just as you can with third-party keyboards, and on other devices.
Also, thanks to Memoji Stickers, now you can use your Memoji as a pack of stickers that will be incorporated directly on the keyboard, so you can also use them with practically any application.
Other notable improvements over native applications
- Music: now you can see the lyrics of the songs in real time, in the fucking karaoke style, so you can enjoy your music in real time.
- Maps: they have notably improved the maps as they have been working for quite some time, even with the possibility of making virtual visits (Look Around) to cities in a much more complete way.
- Privacy to the maximum: now the applications will be able to request the information of the Apple ID to log in in a secure way and create an account, but you will also have the possibility of, for example, hide your email address and instead use a virtual one created instantly .
- Photos: one of the biggest novelties of the new operating system. The gallery can now be organized in different, interesting ways and at the user's choice with the find and find what they really want. At the same time, you can zoom in more or less to orient yourself, and the videos are played automatically. There are also quite a few improvements in the photo editor, and now there is even the possibility of rotating the videos if necessary, in addition to applying different filters.
- Siri is the new protagonist: On the other hand, we have also seen interesting news regarding Siri, who will now behave in a more intelligent way thanks to the integration of greater artificial intelligence, in addition to being able to read texts in a much more natural way, since it will execute pauses and read as if it were a person (or at least in English).
