Burns caused by an Apple Watch?

On numerous occasions we have seen news about smartphones, tablets, computers and other gadgets that have been burned causing some material damage and even on personal occasions to their owners. In most of these cases the charger is the one indicated for this reason and on many more occasions the charger was not the original one. Sometimes there is even direct talk of device explosions and this, despite being less common, also seems to happen.

It is not to alarm far from it and obviously when we talk about batteries and devices connected to the current it can always cause a short circuit, but it is unlikely as long as the user makes correct use of the device, charger, etc. In this case, which occurred in Denmark, it seems that the cause of quite severe burns would be an Apple Watch.

The web Extra Blade echoes the event and explains that in addition to the user affected by these burns there was a witness who confirms that the Apple Watch is the cause of these burns and in no case had anything external connected or was it modified by the legitimate owner.

I honestly do not believe that a user is able to withstand the heat of a burn of such caliber on the wrist, much less if the heat is not similar to bringing the hand to the fire and holding, let me explain. If the Apple Watch is progressively warming there will come a time when we will remove it from our wrist and it will never cause the wounds that we see in the photo. On the other hand, if the owner of the Apple Watch noticed a drastic rise in temperature, they would take it off in a few seconds and it seems impossible that it will burn you in just 5 or 6 seconds (pulling long) that it may take to take off the watch.

Obviously in these cases the first thing is the person and from here we hope that you will soon have that battered doll healed. Then if the fault is Apple or not will be investigated and in fact they are already doing it. Hopefully news will arrive about what happened and if it is true that Apple fully bears the responsibility, but I already say that there are details that do not add up to me.

The question! Can a smarwatch battery heat a strap at such a temperature and speed as a resistance so that you do not have time to take it off, or even long enough to generate that temperature?

In other words? With a phone battery could you do this? And I'm not exactly talking about a fine filament, but a strap!
In the event that it is made «short», the most that will happen is a malfunction and an accelerated consumption of the battery ...

Isn't the man resting his hand somewhere with a direct electrical charge or perhaps leaning on something like an induction glass ceramic?

Nah, with two fingers of a forehead and a little bit of deductive skills, you can tell.

However who asks the question ...
