Spotify is implementing direct streaming from the Apple Watch

SpotifyAppleWatch

Spotify you are testing a major enhancement to your watchOS application. You will be able to listen to all the content of the platform directly on your Apple Watch, without having to depend on your iPhone. This will happen if you have the watch connected to your wifi, or you have the LTE version.

So if you go out to play sports with your Apple Watch LTE Without the mobile, you can tell Siri to play what you want from Spotify, without any problem. Of course, watch what data rate you have contracted in the eSIM of your watch ...

In September, Spotify began testing the ability to download content from its servers to the Apple Watch. directly. It started with a limited group of testers, without knowing if that test would be successful and if it would be implemented to the rest of the users. It appears that the tests have been successful, and will be implemented in a future update shortly.

Several Spotify users who were not part of the original test are reporting to social networks that they can listen to Spotify content directly on their Apple Watch without being connected by bluetooth to its corresponding iPhone.

When this feature is fully implemented, you can receive your Spotify content directly from the Apple Watch. You won't have to rely on the iPhone connection to listen to music or podcasts. It is the same feature that other third-party streaming services have launched in recent months, such as Pandora.

This new feature will be implemented progressively for all users, so it may still be a few days until you see it available on your watch. The only downside is that if you want to choose a theme from the Apple Watch, you must ask Crabas there is no option to search for songs from watchOS Spotify.

I've been testing it since September and what to say ... it fails more than a fairground shotgun ... yes ... it's still in beta but poof ... every day at the gym I have to pull apollo (luckily I get it down before that they will remove it from the Apple store) which works considerably better .. and that has been a thousand without support .. because if for whatever reason the wifi fails (in my country the multi esim is not compatible) you can listen to the downloaded no problem..

Until Spotify lets the songs download to the clock, it won't be functional.

(Besides that now, since the last update ... when a whatsapp notification arrives, the ap stops working ..)
