watchOS 6 includes a new charging animation for the Apple Watch

Watch 6

Although many are the users who expect a watchOS interface refresh, we have been with it for 5 years, the opening ceremony of Conferences for Developers 2019 that was held last Monday, and in which Apple presented some of the news of the next versions of its operating systems, we verified that this year it did not.

With watchOS 6 Apple will continue to show the same user interface as when it introduced the device in October 2014 (going on sale in March 2015). That if, at least, it has introduced a series of aesthetic novelties in terms of spheres and some other additional functionality such as the decibel meter.

Another novelty, although not very relevant, is found in the new animation that is shown when we charge our Apple Watch. When we place the device on a charging base, a green circle is displayed. The problem is that it does not show us the charge level it is in as it currently does with watchOS 5.x

Currently watchOS 6 is in the first beta, so it is likely that as the guys from Cupertino release new beta updates, modify how this new animation works and shows us the charge level of the device.

Regarding the spheres, Apple has introduced 5 new spheres: California, Gradient, Numerals, Solar Dial and Modular Compact. The latter is ideal for those users who want to see the physical activity they have done during the day at all times.

Solar Dial, for its part, shows us an attractive design that shows the position of the sun as the day passes, it also allows add up to 4 different complications.

California shows us a classic sphere while Gradient is ideal for those who they just want to see the clock hands on the screen of your device since it does not allow adding any type of complication.
